Participatory Design and Engagement

This 2 days programme will guide participants through a step-by-step process to design and deliver effective public engagements. We will explore the importance and rationale behind public engagement.
Using these principles as a foundation, we will lead participants through the design process, examining methods and strategies for effective public engagement.
Participants will also learn facilitation tactics and best practices for managing engagement sessions. With the insights gathered, they will be taught how to consolidate their findings and distill them into meaningful insights.
