This course will explain how behavioural insights can be applied to the design and implementation of public sector communications. Combining principles from psychology, behavioural economics, and communication theory, this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to create persuasive and engaging campaigns that catalyse behaviour change. Throughout the course, you will grapple with real-world challenges, complete hands-on exercises and participate in deep discussions.
