We are a trusted partner to government and academia on social surveys that must meet the highest evidential standards of official and national statistics including the Crime Survey for England and Wales, the Consumer Price Index and Understanding Society, the largest household panel of its kind in the world.

Our Policy team brings together methodological excellence with deep policy insight to deliver impactful and high-quality work to clients across the policy life cycle. We utilise our policy expertise and our multidisciplinary research skills across quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods, to provide research that is flexible, bespoke and joined up. Our Evaluation Practice supports effective evidence-based policy-making to address key societal challenges. We have a track record in the successful design and delivery of large-scale, methodologically challenging evaluations and a wide portfolio of evaluation studies covering a range of policy areas.

Our Behavioural & Communications Practice is a multi-disciplinary team focused on behavioural research and consultancy, and one of the UK Government’s leading behavioural science & communications research partners. We advise clients on the opportunities for behaviour change at all stages in the policy and communications cycle; provide insight into what influences individual and organisational behaviours; design communications, interventions and strategies for driving change; and trial and evaluate campaigns and interventions.
